CARDIO/DANCE WORKOUTS w/ ELISE LONG
STH Director & Founder ELISE LONG is offering three fun, vigorous and virtual CARDIO/DANCE WORKOUTS on Zoom each week to help boost immune systems and fight pandemic flab, winter doldrums and inertia while also building strong, flexible bodies, hearts and minds!
All workouts are for the total body and include cardio conditioning, strength training, flexibility plus deep relaxation work, and usually incorporate some use of equipment including free weights, dynabands & tubing, core rollers, physioballs, yoga props and step/benches. (Spoke the Hub is also happy to lend this equipment to local neighborhood residents who sign up for the Winter/Spring series).
- TUESDAYS 12:30-1:30pm STEP, PUMP & STRETCH
- THURSDAYS 12:30-1:30pm CARDIO/DANCE, PUMP & STRETCH
- FRIDAYS 5:30-6:30pm CARDIO/DANCE, PUMP & STRETCH

Ms. Long, is a graduate of Middlebury College where she received her BA with Highest Honors in Dance & Studio Art. She has been teaching Dance, Arts & Fitness to all ages for over 50 years. She has also done graduate work in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology & Dance Education at Queens College, Columbia Teachers College, NYU & LIU. She is also a CMA (Laban Movement Analyst) certified under Irmgard Bartenieff.
