Spoke the Hub’s beautiful new studio and storefront – the Gowanus Arts Annex – on Butler and 3rd Avenue will be available to sublet this June. We are also seeking compatible co-tenants and independent teachers to share our big dance/performance space with on a more long term basis as well.

Dance, Visual Arts, Music, Theatre, Martial Artists, Environmental and Civic groups interested in sharing the ground floor spaces and creating a stable and sustainable home for your work, classes, art exhibits, rehearsals, film screenings, performances, fundraising events, offices and other public events should contact STH Space Manager with proposals and to discuss possibilities

The ground floor dance space (apr. 19 x 38) with balcony is most suitable for dance, movement, fitness, theater and teaching professionals who need a sprung wood floor, mirrors, high ceilings, a lot of light and plenty of space to move around in. Also great for informal performances.

The ground floor storefront with glass front double doors and grate is also available to rent short term or long term.

There is a middle space with a skylight between the storefront and dance space which we hope to eventually turn into an art gallery; in the meantime, it is also available to sublet.

The dance space and storefront each have their own private unisex bathroom. Gas/heat and electric are included in the rent.
