The ground floor space is ADA compliant, sports a hardwood floor, a built in desk, central air, one window and all utilities are included.

Space would work best for writers, private tutoring, private music lessons, editors, some body-workers, therapists or anyone who works on the computer and/or needs a private work, consulting, or maker space of their own to think, create or have small private consultations in.  (Yes, an upright piano has lived there comfortably in the past, as has a massage table, but that was tight!)
