STH Young Artists Laila Fieldman, Shoshana Hoover and Kai McCoy, including special guests Doreen Miranda, Zoe Mulet, Jaya Van Koert and Sophia Chatzilias — will present two evenings of their own original choreography on Saturday May 20th at 7:30pm and Sunday May 21 at 5:00pm. Performances will take place at the STH Re:Creation Center, 748 Union Street, in Park Slope. Admission is $10 for Adults, $5 for Kids and because seating is limited, advanced online ticket purchase is highly recommended: www.spokethehub.org.
STH’s annual SPRING INTO DANCE! concert is the culmination of STH’s Young Artists Performance Workshop with STH’s Founder/Director Elise Long, which focuses on helping young artists (ages 9 and up) take creative risks, determine their own choreographic process, learn the craft of choreography, and identify, explore and flesh out the content that is most meaningful to them.
Watch for additional STH Young Artists performances in Park Slope’s local community gardens and at upcoming street fairs this June.

STH Students, Faculty and Friends will be performing at the GowanusEXPO between 3:30-4:30 pm as part of the Gowanus Canal Conservancy’s event celebrating the Gowanus community and the clean-up and restoration of our local Canal. Enjoy a day full of art-making, activism, science, dance and music performances, plus food, sports, and more!
