Dear Family, Friends and Neighbors,

When you come to one – or all? – of our fabulous upcoming holiday performance showcases and special events December 14 and 15th, we ask that you keep track of what you “spend” at these HOLIDAY BENEFIT EVENTS, Saturday and Sunday, December 14 and 15th, 2024.

We know that most of you – our delightful community of artists and families – don’t have super duper deep pockets making your precious dollars spent or donated to STH even more meaningful to us.

Please add up what you donate directly, or spend at our Benefit Performances on Saturday and Sunday or at SANTA’S WORKSHOP (including Refreshments, Gifts from our Gift Shop Gallery Walls, and the art projects and cool creations you will make to take home or give to your loved ones?)

If your“purchases” and donations total $100 or more over the course of our benefit weekend (and leading up to it), please also take home a 100% Cotton STH Classic T-Shirt as our thank-you to you and wear it in good health with our deepest gratitude.  We will of course also include you/your family as honored “FRIENDS of SPOKE THE HUB DANCING” who have helped to support our small (but mighty!) 45 year old, not-for-profit, maverick community dance and arts center here in Brooklyn.

Your dollars will help us raise at least some of the much needed funding to purchase and install new, state-of-the-art LED theater and gallery lighting systems to improve the quality of what we can offer artists and audiences here in our Union Street gallery and theatre, in our monthly visual artists’ WOW exhibits and wonderful almost monthly live performances and film screenings in our WHEELHOUSE THEATRE Showcase Series next season.
