Located in the heart of prime Park Slope (1/2 block from the PS Food Co-op!), these two intimate work spaces will be available to rent in September 2018.
The first private space (apr. 8 x 12, formerly used as a bodywork, music and tutoring room), has a separate entrance (one flight down), with bamboo and original mosaic floors, a radiant space heater on the ceiling, and access to a shared dressing room, shower, rest room, and the option of using two bigger, open dance studio spaces for bigger group meetings, classes or rehearsals at a discounted hourly rate.
Heat, electric, A/C and cleaning of the shared spaces (bathroom, dressing room, shower, hallways) are included in the rental price.
Note: if space is rented to someone in the bodywork business, a washer/dryer is also available onsite for their use.
The 2nd space is a shared office space on the ground floor (no stairs, ADA compliant) and is available in the evenings and weekends.
Spaces would work the best for writers, private tutoring, private music lessons, editors, body-workers, therapists or anyone who works on the computer and/or needs a private work, consulting, or maker space of their own to think, create or have small private consultations in.
The bigger, private, basement level space with separate entrance is $890/month. The ground floor level shared space is $500/month. 1 year lease; two months security.
